Today we have released version 2026.06 of MoneyWell.
It contains a number of fixes:
- Improved recurrence-rule handling to prevent stale, duplicated, or incorrectly retained recurrence options.
- Fixed crashes caused by invalid or incomplete Smart Filter rules.
- Improved Cash Flow performance for budgets containing large transaction histories.
- Improved Fill Buckets so available income is assigned in date order, ensuring earlier expenses are funded before later recurring expenses.
- Fill Buckets now correctly excludes buckets that are not marked for automatic filling.
- Fixed Spending Plan period selection and creation around calendar-date boundaries.
- Amount fields now accept pasted dollar, pound, euro, and yen symbols when mathematical expressions are disabled.
- Selected budgets now use the configured macOS accent color.
- Fixed newly created reconciliation statements not remaining selected on macOS 27.
- Free mode now correctly allows importing up to 200 transactions.
